Hello, how is everybody doing?
I'm working on a series of miniature collections, called food from around the world. My first stop is Vietnam! I have here a simple Vietnamese sauce soy pork and egg pot (thit kho trung) with rice and spinach (rau muong). It's a very simple meal, but it definitely remind me of Vietnam. Oops I forgot the fish sauce!
I love to hear from you and the foods of your country. If you have any comments or any suggestions please do not hesitate.
