Erin's Miniatures giveaway
About a month or so I came across this very lovely website, La Cocina Alegres. It's miniature foods website. The works on there are lovely, but mostly from resin clay, something very new to me! I contacted the artist and she was so nice in sharing a lot of information with me on resin clay. I will have a separate review on that soon.
Here is my first miniature using resin clay. It came out really nice, so I would like to share it with you!

Erin's Miniatures new model
I have hired a model for Erin's Miniatures! Haha, just kidding! I don't think I have the budget to hire a real model. I have been looking at my miniature photos and I feel they are just too boring. I want to add something interesting to them and think I have found it. It's or should I say she is a Tangkou doll!
I have been looking at bjd dolls, and I think I have gotten really addicted to them because I keep finding myself searching and looking at their pictures for hours. But to customize the doll to look exactly how I wanted would cost anywhere from $300 - $700. Definitely too much for me right now. I have also looked into getting a custom doll/head from thatsmyface.com, but they haven't replied back to me on some questions I had. So, I kept searching and I have found her! My Tangkou girl! She is affordable and gorgeous! She is like pullip and blythe combined, but about half of the price.
Here are some pics of her. Her original hair is blond/white but I have given her a new black wig!
